My wife and I met Jacki about five years ago when viewing a listing she had. Our situation was unique in that our primary residence is in Roanoke VA but we were originally from the Milton/Barboursville area and our son and his family live in Milton and so we wanted a second home near them. Although we weren't interested in that property, she was able to help us locate and find a townhouse to buy. Five years later and closer to retirement, my wife and I wanted to purchase our forever home in the Milton area and Jacki was our obvious pick to help. Jacki was relentless in helping us find our forever home. She showed us many homes and respected our opinions about what we liked and disliked. She used this knowledge to help us find the perfect home. Jacki is also excellent in making sure all bases are covered during the closing process. We would highly recommend Jacki to anyone who ask. Jacki is wonderful to work with. Never over/under sells, pressures, or seems disappointed if we didn't like a showing. She is very knowledgeable in the contract and closing process and always helps to keep things on track. Where most realtors might tell you what needs done, Jackie tells you and then does it for you if she can. She has an excellent personality and is truly an asset to your agency.
