Jacki Sop went above and beyond to make sure everything was being done properly and timely. If not for Jacki I'm not sure how anyone else would have handled my situation. Jacki was very patient with us through the long process and was very thorough in identifying houses that met our needs. I met Jacki Sop when she was showing another house in the neighborhood. When it came time for us to sell, it was important to us that our agent understand real estate in our neighborhood, not just Philadelphia or Delaware county region. Jacki is local to Interboro and has 25 years experience in the area. Jacki was excellent at keeping us updated on the process of selling our home. She was able to help us get a handyman to complete repairs for the preparation of our sale, and she worked with the township to get the UO cert when it was stalled. Finally, she was very helpful when our buyers lender wanted to delay closing. She was emailing and calling to make sure someone was looking at the file. During what was a stressful time, Jacki worked hard to make sure our house was ready and sold in the time we needed to move. She really worked on our behalf to make sure the closing happened when we needed. It was always a pleasure to talk with Jacki, because even if the news wasn't great, she would tell us how she was working to resolve it. I would highly recommend Jacki Sop to sell your house!
