She was always available and answered any question we had. If she didn't know the answer, she went to the source who did. Jackie's professionalism, attitude, kindness and attention to detail made this a pleasant buying experience for us under a somewhat stressful situation while coming from our primary residence in Ohio.

She negotiated a phenomenal price on our purchase! All while not nagging and pressuring us into anything brash.
