My boyfriend and I received a recommendation from a family member to use Jackie Lohrey as our realtor to purchase our first home, and we are SO GLAD that we decided to use her services. Jackie could not have made the process any easier for us. From our first meeting Jackie was friendly, encouraging, and determined to find the best home for us. She was always available to answer our questions and responded to every text/email we sent her within minutes (even when she was on vacation). Even though there were times when my boyfriend and I thought we were bombarding her with too many questions, Jackie made us feel empowered to ask them and encouraged us to ask even more! When we toured properties with Jackie, she pointed out any issues that she saw, and never tried to push us into a sale. Jackie was also able to get us excellent recommendations for a loan officer, a home warranty agency, and an inspection company. We will be recommending Jackie to everyone we know who is looking for a house, and we plan to use her to help us sell our house whenever it is time to do so. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

Jackie is a long-time family friend, but this was my first experience working with her professionally. Jackie was excellent to work with! She is knowledgeable, timely, accommodating and very kind. We will definitely use Jackie again in the future for any real estate needs!

Jackie Lohrey did a fantastic job for us. What stands out most is how quickly responsive she was to all of our questions and requests. Once we found our home, she gave great advice on offers and counter-offers, which probably saved us $20,000 on the sale price and got us the home we wanted. Her experience was evident as she always explained the rationale of her suggested approach, and she was right. Once under contract, she tended to every detail, from buying furniture from the sellers to gaining access to the property for inspections and planning of renovations. We were not the easiest buyers and were picky, but Jackie never showed impatience and was always there with a smile with each new property we saw. She was a lot of fun to work with and in my view has a great combination of attributes for a realtor: firm and demanding when negotiating on our behalf, yet friendly and optimistic when working with us. Jackie Lohrey was able to start working with us immediately when I first called her! She clearly outlined her schedule for the coming hours or days each time I spoke with her so that I would know when to expect her next check in. We loved being able to use the online system to sort the housing options available, and Jackie really took care of everything once we made our list. She is always kind and friendly; she also was able to give us information about houses when we visited no matter how last-minute we made our request. She sized up all the pros and cons, finding imperfections instantly and noting anything that might make them easier or harder to sell. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind, and when we needed the process to move quickly, it did! We are very happy with Jackie and will work with her again!
