Seller reviewI worked with Jaclyn on both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my former home. She was outstanding. Jaclyn was incredibly hardworking, trustworthy and professional. I feel she went above and beyond with the marketing of my home. The photography of my place was first class as were the marketing materials. She conducted several open houses (for other brokers and new home shoppers). Working with her was a real pleasure and I would recommend her without any reservation.

Jaclyn was amazing to work with. She provided an range of properties based on my requirements. She understood what I was looking for, knew the neighborhoods in detail and the search for a new home was quick and efficient. We found my perfect place very quickly and she made the process stress-free. The house I purchased was in outstanding condition and priced to sell and had nine offers. However thanks to Jaclyn's experience and skill, I was able to get the home at a price that was very fair considering the high level of interest in the property. Jaclyn demonstrated all the behaviors that were important to me as a buyer. She was truly excellent.

I can't say enough positive comments about Jaclyn and the way she handled this and got the job done so that I ended up being able to purchase this property. She was excellent! Seller reviewJac is the absolute best she sold my home in five days. She took the time to listen to what our needs and wants were and then she created a plan around that. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. The most important to me is she is very easily accessible and responds very quickly to text messages or phone calls or emails. I expect very quick responses. She was able to give me that plus more. I appreciate her meeting my high expectations. Jac thank you so much for everything we love our new home and we appreciate you selling our old one so quickly.
