Jake's attention to detail, existing knowledge, ability to quickly find new information, and drive results is truly amazing. Not only did I appreciate working with him, but everyone else in the transaction did as well. I recall escrow mentioned to me "we are so happy to work with Jake, he is wonderful". If I could rate any of the survey attributes higher I would. If there is anything Jake doesn't know, he quickly and accurately figures it out. His knowledge of construction and RE investment was incredibly helpful as well.
