This was the second time I worked with Jacoband knowing Jacob is a capable agent and how he cares about his job I worked with him again with no doubt. Jacob has great knowledge about the area and he wisley considers his client's needs and concerns and helps them making the best decision. He patiently took me to every possible house we could see in the market and that gave us maximum usage of the available inventory. His negotiationg skills helped our both deals go as desirebly as possible and with his great communication the process went smoothly. He has great contracting knowledge and his guidance along the processreassured me that everything was going as planned. Jacob has great personality and our relationship went beyond agent-clinet. He creates a pleasent and joyful experience for the clients where they can comfortabley share their thoughts and recive feedback. Jacob was very knowledgeable of the entire home buying process. This was our first home purchase and he made it very simple for us. He took care of everything. Jacob went the extra mile literally... I'm a very picky person and he was nothing but understanding! Showed me a ton of homes and help me find a house i truely love!
