Buyer reviewWe moved into Ankeny from out of state for a work relocation. Jacob Simon was recommend to us by a coworker that previously used Jacob. Our timeline for locating a house was tight, 4 day house hunting trip. Jacob was excellent about lining up showings and walking us through the home buying process. It was awesome to have Jacob on our side and I would highly recommend him.

Jacob is extremely hardworking, always available day or night to answer my questions, continuously trying to find me my dream home in a market where supply/inventory was not always what it has been historically. Jacob went the extra mile to make sure I found the perfect place for me, even if it meant going on 25+ different showing. Jacob's dedication to his clients and assuring their satisfaction is a model that all agents should try to emulate in their work.

Buyer reviewJacob Simon was very thoughtful and patient while in the process of a home selection. He was always able to secure a showing very quickly when I showed interest in a home to view. He was not over-bearing in trying to sell but gave valuable thoughts and opinions when asked. Paperwork was always explained and Jacob Simon would let me know when documents were headed my way to preview. He was always readily available to explain anything I was not clear on. I could not imagine having dealt with a more patient and thorough and genuinely kind realtor than Jacob Simon! I will definitely recommend Jacob Simon to anyone I know that is buying or selling their home for a quality experience!
