I am a skeptical human who struggles to write nice things about people who are working for a commission. There's always that nagging feeling that your best interests aren't always being considered, and there's likely some kernel of truth to that no matter who you're working with. With that said... Jacob Stiller is a great agent. Although he's young, he comes with a vast amount of knowledge of the Erie County region that even the mightiest veteran agents may lack. Whenever I had a question, oftentimes a very annoying and overly-specific question, 90% of the time Jacob had a detailed response immediately available. In those rare times he didn't know, he would research the answer and get back to me as soon as possible, while always remaining courteous and patient with his responses. But perhaps more important than his knowledge, Jacob is a rare example of an agent that seems to genuinely care about the outcome and experience of his clients. When things didn't go as planned (and when you're dealing with real estate, things WILL NOT go as planned), Jacob would go above and beyond to help ensure the best possible outcome for us, well beyond any expected responsibilities of a buyers agent. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for an agent to work with. He was great for us, and he's only going to get better with age!
