Seller reviewHeard that Jackie gave the personal touch with her clients which was more than true Jackie Self was wonderful to work with from the very first appointment. She was extremely organized. She had all of the comps printed for me and we had a discussion over the value of the house. She made suggestions for staging and repairs prior to the listing becoming active. She helped stage the house and had a professional photographer. My house never looked so good! She responded to my calls and emails super quick and was very patient negotiating with the buyer's attorney. When we had repairs to do from the home inspection she arranged the contractors and met them at the house. She sent me all of the closing docs ahead so I knew what to expect. And she met with me on my schedule to sign closing papers since sellers were not allowed at closing. Jackie really went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Seller reviewI cannot say enough good things about Jackie as our realtor. She went above and beyond the normal scope of realtors. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough! She sold our house very quickly after it was sitting on the market for a while. She had a list of contractors for us to use if we needed so we didn't have to do a ton of research ourselves. When it came to contracts and closings she explained everything to us so we felt well informed! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their house sold quickly and in a professional manner.

Seller reviewI utilized Jackie for a home purchase within the past year and the experience was great. This was by no means an easy sale due to one buyers unreasonable demands, and a second buyer having issues obtaining a final mortgage. Jackie did a fantastic job navigating the demands and holding the buyers to deadlines while working with the buyers mortgage company(TAM Mortgage) who was awful. Jackie was polite, and worked diligently on completing the transaction. Jackie's communication was great. She either answers when called or makes sure you get follow up information ASAP. Overall I had a great experience.
