While looking at homes online, Jackie immediately phoned regarding my inquiry of one of the homes. That alone spoke volumes. We discussed the many different areas in which I was interested as well as type of home and acreage I was seeking. When we met a few days later to visit a homes, she provided complete details of each home, including property plats. She was very familiar with each area I was contemplating When first meeting her, it felt like we'd already been friends. It was immediately clear she knew real estate, and thoroughly answered and explained all my questions in layperson's terms. Her upbeat personality and knowledge are exceptional. Jackie was absolute TOPS!! She's a continual thinker with tremendous foresight. Her negotiations skills are unbeatable. The closing was scheduled for noon on a Monday; at 4:45 pm the prior Friday, she phoned with the dreadful news of buyer's funding issue, of which buyer's realtor had just notified her. Not only was this sale in jeopardy, the purchase of my new home - which was to close a few days later -- was in jeopardy as well. Jackie immediately went into warrior mode, working non-stop all weekend working/negotiating with buyer's realtor/lender and my new home's realtor/seller. She kept me unbelievably well informed on every aspect. More so, she was my uber calm in the hurricane. I cannot even contemplate how any other realtor would have so professionally managed this situation as Jackie did. Very, very fortunately - with all thanks to Jackie -- the close went through at the 11.5th hour. Jackie is simply THE BEST!! In addition to what I've already provided regarding Jackie's knowledge, friendliness and professionalism, her communication skills are tops as well. She was extremely responsive and always easy to communicate with either by phone, text or email.

Jackie is passionate about her job. It was apparent to me that she had the qualities that I was looking for in a broker such as honesty, integrity, responsiveness and transparency. I am grateful!

Jackie was our buyer broker for our new house so we felt very comfortable using her for selling the house we were in at the time. Jackie gave us great advice on what to do to sell our house quickly. That first weekend of showings we were able to accept an offer. She advised us to set up a spreadsheet to compare offers which let us easily look at all at once and pick the best one.

We were buying a house with my parents so we had several must have items in our list that were hard to find. Jackie was great helping us find comps and very patient with us! We found our dream house but thought we lost it to a no contingency offer. Jackie called us right away when she found out the original bid fell through and our revised offer was accepted. She was great working with our lender to make sure the original closing date still would work. She is also working with us to sell our old house and has given us great referrals for painters and carpet. I recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a house.

We worked with Jackie four years ago when we bought our house, and there was no question that we wanted to work with her again when we went to sell. She is an excellent agent and knows the area well. She knew exactly how to market our house, and it was under contract within one week of listing. We dealt with some very difficult buyers, but Jackie was calm and reasonable throughout the whole process. She helped us keep our cool, too! She stayed on top of the contractors and buyers agent, and made sure the process was as stress-free as possible for us. As a plus, she's a joy to work with. She's always down to earth and isn't afraid to get a little dirt under her nails. We absolutely couldn't recommend Jackie enough.
