Seller reviewSelling your home is a complex transaction. From the listing price, preparing your home to maximize the sales price and marketability, negotiating the sales price with the buyers, working through the inspection process, and getting to the closing table--all with ultimate goal of maximizing your net proceeds (and keeping your sanity). Jacqueline was strategic, poised, and incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the process. She was engaged--whether meeting with us, staying contact via phone, text, and email--her communication was superior. From a service perspective, she was awesome. In fact, Jaqueline arranged for her son and friends to help us with moving and de-cluttering. She provided a great network of contractors to help us make strategic improvements and then to respond to the inspection repairs. Jacqueline is the professional Realtor we wanted and needed. Our family is sincerely grateful for her as a professional and a person. We have purchased and sold 6 homes and this is the best experience to date.
