Jacquie sent us daily updates with new information on houses in our search criteria. She even went with her phone and video called us so we could walk through with her.. Seller reviewcommunication on any offer was presented immediately by Jacquii by phone. the follow up in writing was sent by email through the brokerage computer communication system and was not reliable. i also found the system difficult to work with in spite of many (40+ years) experience with computer usage. however, when i had problems with the system and let Jacquii know, she immediately had it rectified either by the office or in person. she was also extremely helpful with any other issue with computer use as it related to the sale of the property. the broker was not important, although C21 is high on the list as I was an agent with them in Ohio Jacqui is energetic, enthusiastic and hard working. she obviously enjoys her job. if we had any questions about any part of the processes such as wording , legality, etc. she got us answers. while being professional, Jacquii was also fun and we had many laughs. she went above and beyond in every respect, even to caring for my plants while we were on vacation, cleaning up any mess left by showing agents, checking for locked doors and lights left on after showings while we were out of town when anyone discusses buying or sell real estate with us in the future, our recommendation will be strongly Jacquii Pope!
