I work with first time home buyers and sellers, and relocation. I have a lot of experience with short sales. I have lived in the area since 1984 and know the area well by subdivisions and am very knowledgeable of the market and pricing. I love helping clients buy and sell homes. I love meeting and working with new clients. I also have received referrals from my many clients. I love working with military and civilians. I know the area well. A northern Virginia resident since 1984. I worked within the community from 1984 - 2003 as an owner/operator of a child care business. I continue to work within the community as a Realtor and have had much success. I love what I do.

Seller reviewJackie Fortune was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. She listened to our input on pricing and we came up with a good sale plan together. She had good contacts to help us get the house ready including getting the main level all painted and all the carpets professionally cleaned all at reasonable pricing. We even had the yard mulched in March! She was even ready with business contacts when small things came up during the inspections. Jackie was always available by text or cell phone. She answers any questions and makes sure you feel very comfortable with your home sale. She has been in the business and knows her business!
