A lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana and a mother of two grown children and a son-in-law I have been licensed to conduct real estate since 2005. I love what I do and my strengths lie in my ability to manage, multi-task, pick up on details, and be accessible to my customers and clients. As a sellers agent I am particularly skilled at pricing and have a knack for design and staging. As a buyers agent my strengths are in being quick to locate properties before we miss them and negotiate well so purchases are not compromised or jeopardized. Buying a home can be a very scary experience. But with Jade she made sure that we understood every aspect and gave us the information we needed to be able to make an informed decision. She did not try to sway us in either direction but just provided the facts we needed to make our own decision. She was always there to answer questions in a quick and concise manner. Her love of serving her clients is evident in even the smallest of details and she is always willing to go the extra mile to work toward her clients' goals.
