Seller reviewJaime listened to all of ours wants to needs and carried through a plan accordingly with flying colors. She was both understanding and patient as well as go getting from the start of the entire process. The entire selling/buying process was speedy and went smoothly. Any smalls bumps along the way with negotiations, inspections, timelines, etc were handled professionally and timely. I would highly recommend Jaime to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Getting our home of 22 years on the market in a little over a week seemed insurmountable, but Jaime coached us through it and connected us with handymen and cleaners to help make it happen. She's also a great negotiator, getting almost all of our repair concerns addressed on the property we were buying and getting us above asking price on the house we were selling. We would definitely go to Jaime again the next time we are looking to buy or sell a home, and we highly recommend her to anyone else in the market.

My Realtor, Jaime Rollins, took care of everything, told me exactly what I had to do or what not to do, she was the absolute expert and made the whole process almost stress free. I was so impressed by her efforts on a market comparison of what I could expect my home to potentially sell for in comparison to others in the area. It was that analysis and her expertise in the area and current market trends that will make me a repeat customer with Jaime and of course recommend her to everyone I know.

Buyer reviewMs. Rollins continues to provide great results. Business knowledge certainly paid dividends in this deal. Communication and persistence prevented multiple catastrophes. Never tried to push me into a deal like many commission based activities. Certainly exemplifies the terms of agency.
