I started my career in 1993 in Real Estate after leaving the corporate world. I have spent all my life in Sales and taking care of the customers. I have almost a 100% satisfied clientele. I have Master in Business Management. I worked in the Airline Industry at different senior management levels. I am also a CCIM ( Certified Commercial Investment member) which means when you are dealing with me you get great Real estate financial advise about the price, location and condition and resale aspect of the property you buy including any commercial or investment property. ( There are only about 11,000 CCIM designee in the world ) There are few in the industry who are educated and have the experience in the real estate financial analysis . I like to enlighten the customers in this regard. I am also a licensed loan originator who can advise you simultaneously about the financial impact of the cost of buying and different mortgage products which you can benefit from. I specialize in Residential as well as Commercial and Investment properties. All of my commercial sold properties, which most of the times sold in to millions each,( FRANCHISED HOTELS,STRIP CENTERS,INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES AND APARTMENT COMPLEXES ) cannot be listed here due to the confidentiality reasons.
