Seller reviewI have worked with several realtors to buy and sale my homes over the years, and James Brasco by far is the best I have every worked with. From the moment we met him, he was super professional from his appearance, greeting us, and respecting our home while making himself comfortable. As he walked in, he made us feel GREAT about our home which gave us a glimpse into how he would work to describe our home to potential buyers. He was also knowledgable about selling in our area (he even grew up nearby) which was a plus since the value of the homes can change by the street. He approached tough situations (reducing the intial intended list price and a buyer falling through) with empathy, honesty, and quick decision making. He went out of his way to ensure the process kept moving forward, even if it meant taking more of his own time. He provided timely updates and was always easily accessible. James was able to quickly find 3 potential buyers in a timely manner at top dollar!

The sellers agent was particularly disorganised and James effectively pushed both sides to ensure that the close was efficient, on time, and without drama. James was exceptionally knowledgeable about the property, items to watch/of concern and where we should offer to ensure a good purchase price. Seller reviewJames was THE best agent for the job. I was about to put my place on the market right before my vacation and he literally went out of his way to make sure my pictures & marketing materials were done before I was back so we were ready to roll for the Open House. His approach to build up demand over the weekend before the OH on Sunday worked very well. He got two VERY strong offers within 1 day of that. There were some very unexpected hiccups in my sale that would have normally made me panic but James was the voice of reason and his calm demeanor made me stay calm and we got through it. He was able to give his opinion but never being pushy and allowed me the space to make the decisions I wanted/needed to. And on top of all of that, any time I reached out, he responded immediately no matter what day or time and always did it with a smile & sense of humor. I would seriously recommend him to anyone (and have to other people at my company) and would work with him again if I ever moved back!
