Buyer reviewI have been friends with Jim Bynum for more than 20 years and when we decided to purchase a house I knew his kind nature, honesty, and years of experience as a realtor would make him the perfect choice. Jim was very patient with us as we took multiple trips to understand what part of town we wanted to live in and what type of house would work for our family's needs. In purchasing our dream house Jim had to deal with a seller's agent who was part-time, inexperienced, and quite frankly immature. We really wanted the house so Jim took extra time and effort to work with this less than ideal agent to get everything accomplished. We had to negotiate the price down as the house was originally listed $40k above comps, the appraisal came back slightly lower than the contract price, we found a radon issue in the basement, and after all that we had to be firm to get the seller to vacate the house after closing. Through all that Jim was respectful, yet firm in handling all these issues with the seller agent and represented us well! I am so thankful we had Jim as this house took a lot more effort than the two houses we had purchased in Virginia in the past. Jim is a kind gentleman and always profession, even when others are less than professional. One of the main reasons we chose Jim is that we knew we could trust him and his 17 years of real estate experience in the Northville/Novi/Livonia/Plymouth area.

James web site view of my property was just excellent, it really helped sell the property. I would recommend James for his easy going no pressure personality and keeping you in the loop of possible buyers. Well done James!
