Welcome! Meet Jim Day, an experienced full time Realtor since 1996. Originally from Hopatcong , New Jersey , moved to Delaware in 1972. Prior to entering real estate, Jim enjoyed a 30 year career with General Motors, Boxwood plant. Worked every department from "The Line" to paint to quality control. This is where he gets his attention to detail trait. Also proudly served in the Delaware National Guard for 12 years.
Jim has a great passion for the real estate business and most enjoyable is working with first time home buyers. It's a great feeling to help them find their "Dream Home". He also facilitates home buying seminars. As a Realtor, he will be a strong advocate for you whether you are buying, selling or renting. He will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. He understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest and emotional decisions in a client's life.
If you are selling, he will work with you to get the fairest price in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology and team collaboration. If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data; to be a well equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
Jim understands that buying and selling can be stressful, as a Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. When not assisting clients, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Bernadette and their family; entertaining friends, traveling and antiquing and relaxing at the beach.
