I've spoken with lots of realtors in the Tallahassee area and he demonstrated the knowledge and know how that really won me over as a client . He not only was critical of the properties but was not hesitant to use his knowledge to gently guide me in the right direction. He was eager to fight in my corner for the pricing I wanted and made it obvious to me he wasn't putting himself first in the transaction. I will be using James again as a realtor and would suggest him to anyone!
