This is the second time I've had the pleasure in dealing with Jim Earnst. I had been looking for a place for almost a year now and finally found one I was really interested in. Jim knew what features I was looking for to include in my search and was also keeping an eye out on new listings. When I came across my new house I knew the listing wouldn't last long so I called Jim up and asked if we could see the place rather soon. Long story short, not only did he set something up for the next day, he also didn't waste time getting what was needed to start all the "important" forms, financial applications, agreements, and other paperwork which were remedied and submitted swiftly and efficiently. His professionalism and experience was clearly evident as we closed 13 days later!!!!! Ahhh.......YES without question would I highly recommend Jim Earnst and his team. I offered to take him to lunch after settlement and as we were chatting I expressed my gratitude. The little things that I felt went above and beyond like going up to the place the night before settlement at 11:00pm to do a "final walk through" as I was flying in late from Georgia and wouldn't of had time to do so the next morning before settlement. I mean, seriously, who does that? The one thing I'll never forget at lunch that day was when he proceeded to tell me what pleased him most about the deal. He said that if for whatever reason down the road if and when I would ever go to unload this place that he feels I would get my moneys back out of it. That never crossed my mind before. For him, my realtor, to be proud that he sold a quality property to someone says something about the person. Yes, we all need to make money. That's why we work, and yes, that is his "work". But for him to do his job not just "for the money" spoke volumes!!!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Jim Earnst. I feel lucky to have had him and his team helping me fulfill one of my goals of being a home owner! Thanks Jim
