Buyer reviewJim has helped a few of our friends purchase new homes, and it was a no-brainer, based on their satisfaction, that we also use Jim as our broker. I especially appreciated Jim's attention to detail when doing home walk-throughs, including the one we purchased. We met with a guy from Lexington for our final walkthrough, and Jim caught some minor things that needed to be fixed before our closing. I'm glad he did! Jim met us back at the house we put an offer on quite a few times so we could do things like match colors for window treatments, etc. I always felt bad asking him to do that, but he always ensured it wasn't a problem.

Seller reviewJim made one of the most stressful times easy and seamless. He became a trusted confident and was always so timely in responding. Jim's a busy guy. His phone is constantly lighting up as he's receiving incoming calls and texts but he never looks at his phone or gets distracted and makes you feel like you're the most important person in the room. We'll miss being in contact with him so much!
