My name is James Garofalo and I have lived and worked in Columbia South Carolina since 2009. I have grown to love the many things Columbia and Lake Murray have to offer. Before relocating to South Carolina, I attended the State University of New York at Cortland where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and an Associates Degree in Psychology. I have been in sales and customer service my entire professional career. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, even more-so if you are relocating to a new area. There are many unknown factors that can be daunting and overwhelming. It is not just a new house you are searching for, as that is just one piece of the puzzle. James was laser, focused, and showed me only what met my criteria. he was extremely familiar with the various neighborhoods and surrounding areas and shared that with me also which helped me make a decision that was best for me. His response time was immediate and he went above and beyond to take care of some extra requests I had related to my move. I have purchased many homes in my life and working with James was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience that I've had with a realtor.
