Buyer reviewLet me start off by saying that working with James Evans was a wonderful experience. James would go out of his way to make sure that we understood every step of the process. James would keep in communication with us. James always took the time to be with us when we had to sign documents, just to verify everything was true and correct. We can't wait to work with James again later in the future.

James answered all my questions that I had, being a first time homebuyer and made sure I fully understood everything that was thrown at me during the process. The process was quick and super simple for me as the buyer with James and his partner Steve making sure I got the best deal. I definitely recommend everyone get out of living in apartments, and paying rent because life is soooo much better after.

That said, I have many friends, coworkers, and ex-coworkers who are in the real estate business, and what made me choose James over all the others was his no-pressure, numbers-based approach. After speaking with him, I felt that I had a clear path forward with little to no guess-work or lingering questions. James absolutely came through with everything he promised he would do for us. He made himself available, took his time to provide clear answers to all of our questions, and gave us so much confidence and peace of mind that we were able to go on a pre-arranged vacation while in the midst of house hunting. We actually signed the initial contracts for our new house electronically from Hollywood Studios!

Buyer reviewOne of the things I really appreciated about James is that I felt no pressure about anything. If I didn't understand something or was hesitant, he would explain, but never push. Everything was at my pace.
