Betty and I love to fish when we are not helping our clients find their American Dream. We believe in God and we honor our veterans. We thank all of them for their service. As a married team, our clients love the double effort and what each of us bring to the table in terms of identifying the best value for our buyers and the best prices for our sellers. Most of all we listen to you and will do all we can to meet your needs and timing. We succeed in our endeavors to always have great sub-contractors that can handle any issue. We love to give tours of Anchorage, Eagle River, and the MatSu Valley. We are very happy to work for Century 21 and know that they have the best tools in the industry.Come fish with us and we can also show you some of Alaska's best places to play. Betty holds the record for the biggest Silver Salmon caught in the Valdez Women's derby. When we are not in Church or helping others buy, sell, rent, or lease a home, we do our best to share and enjoy lots of good time on the water. First, Jim made sure the home we picked had the inspections and correct desires of our heart in what we wanted in our home. Second, the professionalism in taking the time to go from perspective home to home as we were choosing our place. I like how I was informed of the incorrect items of each home that would in the future make each unit undesirable. The Chugiak place we came upon is truly a jewel! Betty was an inspiration in showing how my items could fit in my new home. Third, Jim made sure the contract to my mortgage had all the correct information that would give my family and I the best value in our monthly mortgage rate.
