I live in PA and Jim handled all the inspections and kept an eye on the house. Jim saved me several trips. Jim was professional without being overbearing. We were not easy clients to deal with since we had to sell our house, were not sure exactly where to find the new one and also had some personal health issues to cope with. Jim was very understanding and worked with us for several months before we could zero in on our selection. After the initial offer, he worked relentlessly to get the deal done in spite of not very cooperative seller and their agent.
