I was very dissatisfied with the prior broker. James had to have surgery while he was confined to his home. I highly recommend him to anyone that was to sell their home. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, polite and willing to help in the showing/sale of my home. James was on top of things 24/7 - 7 days a week. He was always doing new things to draw clients to the house. He even added solar lights to shine on both the for sale signs. He kept flyers in the box and made sure new ones were exchanged when a price reduction was taken.
