I have been in the real estate business for the last 10 years. It became a passion after starting an investment business with my brother in the Dallas area. After flipping our first few houses I decided to get my real estate license to grow the business and to buy and sell for others in addition to our Investment company.
In 2015 I moved back to the East Texas area and joined with Century 21 Action Team. My husband and I have 3 wonderful kids who keep me on my toes and busy with lots of sports and activities around the Jacksonville area.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors and my goal is to make your real estate transaction as smooth and easy as possible. I pride myself on being honest, trust worthy and hard working. I would love to help you with any of your real estate needs.

Buyer reviewI had to purchase a house from another state without being able to go and see the home. Jami was recommended to me by a friend and let me tell you, what a great recommendation. Jami picked exactly the right house to show me. It wasn't listed on the mls but she knew of it and felt it was going to be a good fit. She took videos, walk throughs, worked with the seller, worked with inspector, contractors, everything for me so I wouldn't have to go out there. She even brought in some furniture I had drop shipped. I had to buy a house in Georgia last year in the same kind of way, without being able to see it. I got scammed by a realtor. So I was def gun shy. Jami made everything go so smoothly. I feel like this was the perfect transaction. And not only did I get a great realtor, I feel like I met a friend. She understood perfectly my needs and worked to get exactly what was going to fit them. I couldn't be happier! Kudos to Jami Barringer a class act and excellent realtor and person!
