I have been a licensed Texas Realtor for 14 years and I have achieved the highest ranking of Century 21, the Centurion Producer for 14 years. I pride myself in obtaining the Quality Service Award which I encourage all my clients to participate in a survey to our company of their service from me and my company in their transaction. I build my business on referrals from past clients and friends and it as a great honor to receive the Judge Fite Award in 2005 for #1 agent out of 821 for my company, Century 21 Judge Fite and again in 2012. It has been an honor to have been the recipient of the Athena Award.
Personal Profile
As a professional Realtor licensed in the State of Texas, I make the process of buying and selling a pleasurable experience. My clients always say that they learned a lot about the community and enjoyed the process. Having grown up in this area, I assist my clients in finding not only a home but the neighborhood and community that they will enjoy. For my Sellers, I participate in The Real Estate Book every month, and for 12 years this participation has given my sellers national and international exposure with homes along with 35 additional websites to the other 850 that Century 21 allows. I also engage a professional photographer with my photos and virtual tours of most all my homes. I conduct open houses in addition to the broker tours and luncheons. These are additional over the standard touches has helped me achieve the distinction of Top Agent in Volume according to the MLS, Multiple Listing Service, for my home county, Parker, for the 2008 and 2009 years. For my Buyers, we have fun and they learn about the community as we find the right neighborhood for their purchase. I had a radio show for six years on the history of Parker County and it is fun to share this great information with my clients. As a former member of the City Council, School Board, and Parker County Hospital District, I have first hand knowledge of the Parker County Community.

We saw so many houses and rentals with her and never once she seemed to be in a hurry.We were pursuing a foreclosure property that took almost 3 months to close and she was always there to help us through the process. She made recommendations for the movers and also helped us to get the house in order after we moved. She even paid for house cleaning and some repairs that needed to be done as our house warming gift. Thank Jamie and will be recommending u to any one looking to buy or sell. U get an A+.
