Seller reviewJamie Dusthimer went over and above with the sale of our family home. After our mothers death, we were burrdened with the horrifying possibility of foreclosure due to a reverse mortgage and an incompetent difficult sibling. Jamie made it her personal goal to get us the most for the sale of the house. Jamie spent several days assisting in cleaning and staging the house pairing it for sale. Jamie's effort deffinately paid off, getting us $50,000 more than a previous realtor. Jamie saved us from foreclosure and saved us from being victimized by a realtor who was only interested in flipping the house for a quick commission.

Seller reviewI have dealt with Jamie Dusthimer a number of times and each time I have found her advice to be "spot on." She is knowledgeable about the market and understands my specific goals and needs. She responses quickly to my concerns and is pro-active in helping me make timely decisions. She is a "high-energy" sort of person - a quality which was an asset in closing this deal It is clear that she has an excellent grasp of the local market since the property sold at its listed price in one day. I should also note, that there was a question that arose on the day of the closing that threatened to impact the sale. Jamie "jumped on it" and was able to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction and the closing proceeded with no further "glitches."
