Jamie was truly wonderful to work with! From the first moment we met her, we knew she had our best interests at heart. We were on a time crunch, as our landlord was selling our current home and we were expecting our first child in three short months from the time of viewing the property. Being first time home buyers we didn't know much about the process and she was patient with every one of our questions and we had a lot of them! She was knowledgeable in all aspects around the process and made sure we had a thorough understanding of what steps were next. Jamie's customer service skills were also incredible. She always made us feel like we were her top priority, even though I'm sure she was busy given the state of the market at the time. The whole process was like working with a friend. She was quick to answer questions even outside of standard business hours and always went above and beyond for us. She did everything in her power to make sure we were not delayed with closing and worked very well with our lender! Again and I can't say it enough, Jamie was awesome to work with! We were able to move into our new home and had a month to prep before the unexpected early arrival of our son!
