I have been a Real Estate Broker in Tennessee since 1995. I moved to our beautiful East Tennessee in 1980 and have loved it here ever since. I owned my own successful CENTURY 21 company for 20 years and then merged with CENTURY 21 Legacy in 2018. Seller reviewI had listed my home previously with another agency and had very little activity for nearly a year but Mrs. Maness made a few simple suggestions based on her vast knowledge of the current market which resulted in a signed contract within 2 days of relisting! Who would have thought something as easy as removing wallpaper and adding some paint would be the game changer? She managed the transaction quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend her to friends and family looking to buy or sale a home.
