She always answered our calls or would get back within the hour even calling to answer our queries after hours . She is dedicated to her profession and her clients. Unlike a person on the mortgage end, who was a bit of a headache to work with. Jan's temperament is always cheerful and encouraging . Jan was a a complete pleasure to work with.
