She was always available when we had questions or needed assistance with paperwork (because there is a ton and lets be real, who really understands all that?). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Janae is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including evenings, and weekends over the course of several months).
