She knows what our family needs and selected good properties for me to review to avoid waste of my time. The new house meets my requests to her " good location to commute work ( 5-15 mins driving) ", " excellent school district for my kids ", " The house layout we need to ensure fully utilize the space", and " a very nice community". Seller reviewThis was the first time we have sold a house before. Jane answered all our questions, and was able to give us references for services such as painters, handymen, gardeners, etc that helped get our house into selling shape. Her pricing and marketing strategy was aggressive, which we appreciated. She was there to "hold our hand" when we needed it, but she didn't micro-manage when we didn't need it. If you are looking for a no-nonsense real estate agent, who won't give you platitudes and empty promises, but honest opinions, recommendations, and feedback, Jane Hou is the real estate agent for you!
