January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

After a successful career in the Information technology field at a Fortune 500 company, I embarked on a new career to pursue a lifelong interest in real estate. My extensive leadership and project management experience puts me in a unique position to provide outstanding services for all of your residential real estate needs. I believe the three most important characteristics of an excellent real estate agent are professionalism, client care and an outstanding work ethic. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors, and the Crossroads Association of Realtors where I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year for 2022. I am currently serving as the Crossroads Chairman of the Membership Committee. I am active in the non-profit community and served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bartholomew County United Way, completing my terms in 2015. I'm a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Columbus where I am the Chairwoman of the Make A Difference Committee. As a trained 6-sigma black belt, I have led multiple projects to enhance volunteerism in the community.

Jane was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. Being out of state, we communicated via phone and her knowledge of the market was key determining what needed to be done to get the most return. Her market analysis was critical in pricing the home at exactly on the mark. She also made all of the paper work a snap by coordinating everything digitally. It was so easy to get through all of the steps from anywhere via my phone. Aside from an amazing real estate broker, she is a great person and coached me through the process going out of her way to make sure that I understood each step and was comfortable in making each decision. The entire process working with Jane was a pleasure. It was like working with someone that I have known for years. Jane is a person of high integrity so I trusted her through the whole process and she delivered. The house sold in record time with multiple offers. Buyer reviewWe found ourselves back in the market for a house in Columbus. There was never a question regarding who we would call. While our timing had some starts and stops, Jane Kennedy was there for us every step of the way. When we had a weekend to walk houses, she setup a schedule to visit every one. She provided recommendations on properties and knew us well enough to suggest when we might not be interested in a property that we found. She was right (we did go visit some).
