Personal Profile
As a native of the Inland Empire, I have enjoyed raising my family and living in Redlands for more than 30 years. My Husband and I enjoy golfing in Palm Springs, vacationing in Hawaii and visiting our family in San Diego.
Prior to my Real Estate career, I was honored to coordinate one of the most esteemed charity golf tournaments in Southern California, and also managed an extensive county-wide toy drive, providing hope and joy to more than 25,000 underprivileged children annually. Both events benefit Children's Fund and the vulnerable youth they serve throughout the year.
After much encouragement from my Mother and Daughter, I decided to follow in their footsteps, creating three generations of Realtors. I bring dedication and passion along with an engaging personality. As I reflect throughout my personal and professional life, I have always created meaningful relationships and helped others in a variety of ways, and it's wonderful to do the same in my Real Estate career.

Buyer reviewI had pretty much given up on buying a house and my friend kept saying Jane Nottingham was amazing and I wouldn't regret trying it one last time with her as my agent. I was hesitant to reach out, however, Jane was incredibly friendly and had a way of putting me at ease. I instantly felt like she was on my side and wanted to make sure I got the best house/fit for me. She is one of the most polite people I have met, very patient, takes time to understand your wants/needs, always on time and was there whenever I had a question. She was on top of everything. She was completely organized and I admired how ethical she was in her practice. I attempted to buy three houses before the pandemic and it was very stressful and unpleasant. I felt pushed towards houses that were clearly ones I did not want and was given the distinct impression I was a difficult client. Jane was the complete opposite. She made me feel like we were looking for a house that fit my needs, and not that I needed to buy the first house I saw or else all was lost. She always said things like, "If the house doesn't feel right, it's not the right one" and, "you'll know it when we find it."

She was so helpful in facilitating the purchase of my first home and really put my goals, dreams, and desires at the top of her list when making any moves. Jane always had my best interest in mind and carried herself with the highest level of professionalism and class thru the entire process, despite us having to work with a selling agent that was very challenging at times. I would, and have recommended her to others. As these are only words, anyone willing to work with Jane would be lucky in doing so and would get the chance to experience it for themselves.
