I had a recommendation from a couple who sold their home through Jane Rolfe. I also later heard from a neighbor that her son has worked with Jane and highly recommended her. Her initial meeting with me convinced me that I wanted to work with her to sell my home. I now consider Jane a friend and not just a realtor I hired for a job. She kept the faith and encouraged me when I was getting discouraged after deals fell through and new offers were not materializing. Jane spent time making clarifying aspects of the sale process, each of the purchase offers, and steps for the closing. Jane was working for me and protecting my interests. She was easy to reach through email and texting and always responded within a reasonable time. When she is with a client, she does not take other calls, so that may slightly delay her response to another client. Her decision to focus on the client she was with at the time made me feel that my sale and my time were important to her.
