This home sale was a result of my father passing away. We live out of the area so I had to make an appointment with Janella for when we would be in town. Before she left our initial meeting, she had someone who wanted to look at the house and within 25 days we closed the deal. It made our situation much easier to handle and less intense in a time that is inherently filled with stress; buying a home while selling a home and having to move.
