We first met Janet at an open house and she listened to what we said, followed up and wound up helping us buy our current home and sale our former. It was just luck that we found janet to help us navigate all this but the most important part was she listened and took us seriously without being pushy or trying to tell us what we needed.

Janet listens, sales people tend to talk alot but Janet asked questions and listened. She asked me what my dream home would be and I basically described the house I purchased. She also acts in a timely matter and was not pushy. After the sale, she remained engaged and offered updates and additional showings.
