Have known broker and her husband since first moving into 260 Leaf Court 15 years prior. Met as a neighbor, friend and through various service organizations. Both very good people. Very thorough and helpful in ability to keep on point with a rapid track. A great person to work with in any situation. Both brokers worked well together to move the process forward at the appropriate speed. Set up a schedule to buy our new home in Santa Maria to close first and then close our sale shortly afterward to make this big transition as smooth as possible.
