I found her straight forward and knowledgeable with her guidance we had offers with the first weekend. MY house sold quicklly and escrow closed with out delay, she also was very prompt answering all our questions. It was a good experience !!!

Seller reviewJanet provided excellent service from the time we first contacted her to discuss the sale of our home, through the close of escrow. She offered up advice regarding the importance of pest and home inspections prior to the sale so we would know what items might need to be attended to either before putting the house on the market or that the buyer would need to be aware of. She brought in a professional stager to make recommendations prior to pictures being taken. The photographer she hired did a great job with pictures and video. She gave advice on a variety of items but would also be sure we remembered that it was our home and up to us whether we wanted to take the advice or not. When it came time to list, she kept us in the loop regarding showing times/days and gave us any feedback she received in a timely manner. A good experience overall. We would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in the Pollock Pines, CA area.
