As a lifelong native of the Culpeper, I feel that I have a unique perspective on the area and all it has to offer. I have raised two children here and participate actively in the community. Licensed since 1989, I strive along with my team, to give the highest level of customer service available and to exceed the expectations of the client. Because of my long involvement in the real estate field, I have access to a strong referral network. Buyer reviewThe Century 21 New Millenium staff, and Sarah in particular helped me find and purchase the exact house I was looking for. That in itself is pretty amazing, but considering the market at this time, it is miraculous. I can't recommend these people enough. I went into this with some absolute "must haves" and a few things I "wouldn't mind having" in a house. I know find myself with all of those things as well as a couple I hadn't even considered (a fireplace?!?!). Janet and Pam, thanks for getting all of the business/legal aspects to get this purchase to the finish line. I know it wasn't always easy with my schedule. Sarah, thank you for putting up with my stubbornness, my constant phone calls/texts, and my ridiculous schedule. I know Janet and Pam finished the deal, but without your patience and understanding, we never would've gotten there. I know you heard me say this often, but you really are awesome.
