Seller reviewWe knew Janet as a friend not a broker so we already knew she was trustworthy. It didn't take long to realize her professionalism and knowledge were vast when it comes to property AND knowing whom to call when we needed anything - and I mean anything, done concerning the house - roofing, construction, appliances, etc. It was our mom and dad's house and selling it after they had died was difficult, but Janet understood this and through her compassion made it much easier. We would have sold it for less, but she insisted it was worth more and sure enough she was right. We ended up with multiple people wanting it for the price she had said it was worth. She was wonderful!
