She helped us negotiate a tricky, and lengthy, real estate transaction and was always available to answer questions. She also did a good job keeping us on track and focused on the important issues. And, one final bonus - she has a great sense of humor (which is needed during the house-buying process)!

Our house sold in 1 day so there was minimal need for advertising. Janet handled all the details of the sale, contracts, inspections, and closing. She did an excellent job on all aspects of the sale. Janet did an excellent job. She kept us informed in a timely manner and made sure everything was handed properly. We were aware of Zaytourn-Raines good reputation and was happy Janet was still associated with them. .. We were very pleased with our experience with the sale of our house.
