Ms Light assisted me with a challenging sale of my farmhouse in 2016. Ms Light was very helpful and professional with this prior sale. Janet always returned my phone calls or e-mails promptly and she was very patient with me and the situation I was dealing with. I highly recommend Ms Light and if needed I will utilize her services in the future. Ms Light's knowledge of real estate reassured me (once again) to use her services in the sale of my home. I I knew when I selected Janet Light to sell my beloved home in Gore, VA she would do a wonderful job. To say Janet exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Janet was personal yet very professional. Although the sale of my home was very long (3 month contract with many delays) Janet was positive and encouraging. Another thing that impressed me was she responded to my calls, texts, etc with a very quick response time. If I ever sell another home I will contact Janet and I will highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
