Seller reviewWe heard Janet was excellent and had many years of experience which, in the end, we found to be invaluable. We never felt like Janet was not available to us at any time or any day of the week. Our offer came in on the Fourth of July holiday and we communicated several times with her that day. There was no limit to her accessibility and patience with us. Janet's husband Russ was with us on the closing of our purchase and was a delight to work with. Janet was very knowledgeable in negotiations and kept us very well informed about contract details. While she offered her opinions, and answered all of questions, she left the decisions to us. We are very inexperienced at home sales and purchases and to have Janet as our agent was truly a Godsend. She was with us every step of the way and was genuinely happy to help each and every day of the process.

Buyer reviewDuring our process of selling and buying Janet seemed to genuinely care from the beginning. She took excellent pix of our home which people actually then were able to see the same thing when they came for a showing. Janet blocked out Thursday for us so we could travel to the area we were interested in moving to and spent many hours showing us houses until we found the right one. Janet is very good at what she does and she truly seems to love her job. It really doesn't seem like it is work for her. She knows how to make a you as the client feel comfortable. Without trying to make the decision for us she has an unique way of showing both sides of decision. I will recommend Janet to everyone I know who is interested in buying or selling a home.

Buyer reviewJanet Scanlan was spectacular at her job! We really trusted her knowledge with real estate and the areas we were selling and buying. She was very personable and easy to get along with. She would also bend over backwards for you. For example, she would respond to any of our questions or talk to us about offers on houses after hours or while she was on vacation. She also gave great advice and fought to make sure we were getting the best deals when buying/selling. We highly recommend Janet if you plan on buying or selling a home! You won't regret it. :)

Seller reviewJanet was very helpful, constantly communicated, responded promptly to ANY inquiry or question we had, guided us through the entire process with professionalism, understanding and a positive attitude. The first day we walked into the office to inquire about using Century 21 Pride we felt welcomed and that the staff was interested in our questions. We did not have any idea of who we would want to use or if and when we would be making the decision to sell. The staff treated us like we were important customers even though we clearly stated that we did not know if or when we would be listing.
