She offered advice on renovations to the home prior to the sale, completed a comprehensive report on comps in the area, reviewed her thorough marketing plan with us, and recommended a competitive sale price. Being long-distance owners it was important to have an agent who was accomplished in follow-through and communication. Janice excelled at both. She also managed unexpected events masterfully. Our home sold faster than most in the area. We're very grateful to have had her as our real estate agent.
