At first, I was a little skeptical, but I soon realized she is very knowledgeable of the industry and the areas she serves. not just Cedar Creek, but all the way up to Highland Village, where I currently live. She has also been a tremendous help gitting stuff set up for my new house and future plans for the house. She is also very good at explaining things, and how things work as far as purchasing and selling homes. She even found us a realtor for our property we were selling in NH while simultaneously helping us both virtually and when we flew in to find a house that met all of our expectations. My mother had passed away and my siblings and I needed to sell her house. She was referred to me by her son who I work with. She met my sister and I at the house and went over everything involved and the different options we had. And to top it off, I at the time was living with my mom helping to take care of her. So I also needed a realtor to help me find a place to live. Janice was more than capable of doing both AT THE SAME TIME. She made sure my siblings and I were taken care of and informed of everything going on with mom's house sell. She was on top of everything! Janice helped me find a place using my lender and she was, and is, there everytime I needed her. She knew from the start that I needed to sell moms house in order for me to have the money for a down payment. Well, I was in a place within 2 weeks of selling moms house because she helped me look for a home at the same time as selling mom's. Janice is great. And I will definitely use her again.
